With Ciri as the protagonist, this new work carries the huge expectations of fans for the "Witcher" legacy. However, some players expressed different voices: they expressed concerns about the quality of the game at launch. After all, the problems of "Cyberpunk 2077" are still fresh in their minds. In this regard, CDPR assures players that "The Witcher 4" will not repeat the same mistakes. The development team called on fans to be patient and "let the game mature slowly." In an interview with IGN, executive producer Małgorzata Mitręga and game director Sebastian Kalemba said that the studio's current development process is very smooth, the planning of the production stage is more rigorous, and internal communication is more efficient and transparent. "Our current production method has been greatly improved, and each stage is very clearly defined." In addition, more than 400 developers are fully committed to the development of this RPG to ensure its high quality and shorten the production cycle. CDPR also mentioned that they hope to attract a wider audience with this new work.
