[Downloads of free horror game "Silent Hill: SMS" exceed 2 million] Silent Hill officially announced today that the downloads of the horror game "Silent Hill: SMS" have exceeded 2 million so far. The game was launched for free on PS5 on February 1st; on February 6th, officials revealed that the game had been downloaded 1 million times; and 6 days later, "Silent Hill: SMS" reached a new milestone. The game currently has ratings from more than 20,000 players on the PSN store, 66% of whom gave it a five-star rating. "Silent Hill: SMS" is part of Konami's plan to restart this classic IP (created by Hexadrive). Another game, "Silent Hill 2: Remastered", created by Bloober Team, was previously unveiled at State of Play. The specific release date has not yet been announced.
