Hey PUBGM players, the new ban report’s out, and it’s a big one. From June 27 to July 3, the team permanently banned over 252,500 accounts and blacklisted 8,456 devices—plus, they took down 729 cheat ads that racked up 2.4 million views. Let’s break down what this means, new anti-cheat tech, and how players are reacting.
The Ban Numbers: By the Stats
(1) Account & Device Bans
252,578 accounts got the permanent boot—mostly for aimbots, wallhacks, and speed hacks.
8,456 devices were blacklisted, so cheaters can’t just make new accounts on the same phone.
(2) Cheat Ad Crackdown
729 ads peddling hacks (like "auto-aim" or "invisibility glitches") were pulled from socials and forums.
The worst offender? A TikTok account with 450k followers selling "undetectable" cheats—now deleted.
New Anti-Cheat Tech: How They're Catching Cheaters
(1) AI Real-Time Monitoring
PUBGM's new "Guardian AI" flags fishy gameplay mid-match: sudden 180s, pinpoint accuracy from 500m, or running through walls.
Devs say it’s 30% faster at spotting hacks than last year’s system—no more waiting for post-match reviews.
(2) Device-Level Scans
Community Reactions: Fairer Lobbies?
(1) Player Feedback
Reddit's r/PUBGMobile is blowing up: "Finally, my last 10 matches felt clean—no more snipers through buildings."
Players noticed fewer "suspicious wins" in Diamond+ lobbies, with top players’ win rates stabilizing.
(2) Streamer Takes
Pro player "PUBG_Reaper" tweeted: "Lost a match last night, but it felt good—no cheaters, just skill. That’s what we want."
Smaller streamers are seeing more viewers stick around, saying "fair matches make better content."
How to Report Cheats (and Get Rewards)
(1) New In-Game Tools
Tap the "Report" button mid-match, and now you can attach gameplay clips—no more waiting for the system to catch it.
Reports that lead to bans earn "Anti-Cheat Badges," which unlock exclusive sprays (like "Cheater Slayer").
(2) External Reporting
What's Next for Anti-Cheat?
(1) Upcoming Features
Devs teased "Cheat-Proof Lobbies" for ranked: matches where all players use verified, unmodified devices. Beta drops July 15.
A new "Fair Play Score" will track how often you report (and correctly ID) cheaters—high scores get priority in lobby queues.
(2) Long-Term Plans
Why This Matters for You
Cleaner lobbies mean more fun—whether you’re grinding ranked or casual squadding. The team’s stepping up, and with new tools for players to join the fight, cheating might finally take a backseat.
Got a hunch? Hit that report button. Your next win will taste way sweeter knowing it’s 100% earned.
