The May Fireside Chat has brought a wealth of updates, showcasing the developers' attentiveness to player feedback. Here's a comprehensive breakdown of the latest announcements:
The upcoming Essence 3 will feature:
Bartender receiving her second limited skin
Philanthropist
Geisha with a new A-tier (purple) skin
This marks the eighth consecutive Essence focusing on Survivors, highlighting the need for more balanced representation.
Acknowledging the imbalance, the developers plan to introduce two limited Hunter skins in the upcoming summer season. Additionally, Mad Eyes is slated for a skin release later this year, though details remain undisclosed.
Other characters with skins in development include:
Lucky Guy
Hullabaloo
Lame Lamb
The release dates for these skins are yet to be announced.
Furthermore, Gardener's "Early Spring" accessory is scheduled for release in the latter half of the year. The BLK Squad will also have silhouette skins available for exchange using Golden Apples.
The Entomologist's blue skin, previously obtainable through the main storyline shop, is set to return. This suggests that her ID persona will be featured in the November main storyline event.
An accessory for Night Watcher—a full ice drink—is also in the pipeline.
Two skins are confirmed for optimization:
Cheerleader's jacket
Sally's hat
Planned character adjustments include:
Optimizing Fisherwoman's water vapor closure logic
Adjustments to Soul Weaver, Embalmer, The Ripper, Hullabaloo, Novelist, Magician, Knight, and Goatman
Additionally, talent adjustments are expected in the next version update.
The previously mentioned Mist Manor enhancements will introduce a rooftop pool and rainy weather, along with new furniture. Players can look forward to the soothing sound of rain, with the option to toggle white noise for a relaxing experience.
These updates demonstrate the developers' commitment to improving the game based on community feedback. Stay tuned for more exciting developments!
