Summary:
If you already have Sigewinne, at least pull for C0 Arlecchino. If you have enough Primogems, consider aiming for C2 + signature weapon.
True Emilie fans should definitely pull.
Kunitsuna players can consider pulling, but it’s not cost-effective to force it.
About the 4★ Characters:
Chevreuse
A buffer who provides significant ATK bonuses under specific conditions. Currently synergizes well with characters like Valeria, Kunitsuna, Chiori, Clorinde, Marvica, and anyone who focuses on Plunging Attacks, such as Gaming, Xiao, Plunge Diluc, etc. Her utility is quite flexible.
At C6, she can provide:
810 flat ATK
30% ATK
25% DMG Bonus
And with the Bravery set, an additional 40% DMG Bonus
This makes her overall buffing potential even higher than Bennett’s ceiling.
Key constellations to target: C1, C2, C5, and C6.
If you're already pulling for Arlecchino or aiming to build her, this is a great opportunity to obtain Chevreuse's key constellations.
Xiangling
Needs at least C4 to function optimally. She’s long held a top-tier role as an off-field Pyro sub-DPS. Pyro application from off-field is crucial for Vaporize and Melt reactions, which remain among the strongest in the game.
Before Arlecchino’s release, only Xiangling and Thoma were viable off-field Pyros.
Her Burst is her core strength — with high hit frequency and Pyro application, it can even outperform Arlecchino under certain conditions.
C4 extends Burst duration and is a must-have.
C6 is nice but not essential.
Yaoyao
A solid Dendro healer and off-field applier, viable as a substitute for Baizhu, and even surpasses him in burst healing.
A strong performer in Bloom teams, and fully usable at C0.
High constellations only offer small numerical boosts.
In the current patch, as enemies' HP gets tankier, Yaoyao provides excellent utility as a Dendro solution in modes like Imaginarium Theater.
Level her to 70+ for solid performance.
About the 5★ Weapons:
Verdict
Marvica’s signature weapon — provides great stats and matches her mechanics perfectly.
However, it doesn’t outperform a R5 Serpent Spine by a wide margin.
If your team already includes Setaria, and you have R5 Serpent Spine, there's no need to force-pull the signature weapon.
Your Primogems are better spent on C1 or C2, which bring more stable gains.
Candlelight Flare
Emilie’s signature polearm.
A very niche weapon — not recommended for any character except Emilie.
It can technically be used by The Knave or Xiangling in Burning comps, but the value is too low.
Only use it if you accidentally pull it.
About the 4★ Weapons:
This pool has no limited 4-star weapons, and includes underwhelming options like The Flute and Raincutter, making it a rather poor value pool.
Dragon’s Bane: Usable by Hu Tao, decent for F2P, but inferior to Rightful Reward.
If you have access to better options, skip it.Sacrificial Fragments: Suitable for supports who need to cast Elemental Skills multiple times or have long cooldowns.
Provides high Elemental Mastery, good for characters like Sucrose, Nahida, and Setaria.
This is the only valuable 4-star weapon in this pool. The Stringless: Currently only useful for Yoimiya, not generally valuable.
The Flute and Raincutter: Only suitable as temporary placeholders.
Conclusion:
This banner's character pool is strong, especially if you’re pulling for Arlecchino or Emilie.
Getting high constellations of Chevreuse will bring substantial boosts to your team.
However, the weapon banner is quite poor in terms of value.
If you have the currency, it's much more worthwhile to focus on constellations rather than weapons in this cycle.
What do you think of this banner? Are you planning to pull?
