The answer is: no!
It’s clear that the developers plan to show the new characters in action during the livestream preview first, and only then release the official splash arts. In other words, we’ll be able to see the two new characters’ in-game models early! Aki is already hyped!

In addition, new details about the Fourth Abyss have been released. Let's go over what's been revealed:
About the Fourth Abyss
There are some extra clarifications needed here.
Nicole has confirmed that there will be a fourth Abyss, but details on its mechanics have come from other leakers.
One key point is: Although the new Abyss requires three teams, it doesn’t have strict requirements. In other words, as long as players have been keeping up with current content, it shouldn’t be too difficult.
The final stage of the Abyss will only require one team, but the difficulty will be higher. In version 3.6, the final boss will reportedly be a special version of the Aeon “Lacuz”.

Another important note:
According to current information, the new Abyss will not offer Stellar Jade as a reward. Instead, players may receive avatars or other in-game items, similar to how Genshin Impact handles Spiral Abyss rewards.
If that turns out to be true, many Trailblazers might choose to skip this content entirely.
