Zing Card (VN)

Zing Card (VN) Top Up: Digital Codes for VNG Games

A Zing Card (VN) is a prepaid gaming voucher issued by VNG Corporation, Vietnam's premier digital publisher. When you complete a Zing Card (VN) top up, you receive a digital Serial number and PIN code used to convert funds into Zing Xu (Zing Coins) or credit items directly across the entire catalog of VNG-published titles. Zing Xu serves as the universal gaming currency for VNG, enabling players to buy premium items, seasonal battle passes, character skins, gacha rolls, and monthly VIP subscriptions.

Whether you are competing in competitive mobile shooters, managing a roster in mobile MOBAs, or grinding in mobile MMORPGs, purchasing digital Zing codes gives you immediate access to in-game currency without needing a Vietnamese bank card or local SMS payment methods.

Popular VNG Games Supported by Zing Card

Zing Cards are compatible exclusively with official Vietnamese game versions operated by VNG Games. Popular supported titles include:

• PUBG Mobile VN: Purchase Unknown Cash (UC) directly for Royale Passes and weapon crates.
• Call of Duty: Mobile VN: Convert Zing Xu to CP for premium crates and weapon draws.
• Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (VNG): Top up MLBB Diamonds on the Vietnamese server.
• Genshin Impact & Honkai: Star Rail (VNG Distribution): Recharge Genesis Crystals, Oneiric Shards, or Express Supply Passes via the dedicated Vietnamese web payment portal.
• TLBB 2 VNG & Thien Long Bat Bo: Top up Yuan Bao for martial arts gear and mounts.
• Vo Lam Truyen Ky (1 Mobile, MAX): Convert card value directly into KNB.
• Gunny Origin & Gunny Mobi: Buy Xu for weapon upgrades and pet summons.
• ZingPlay Titles: Access card games, board games, and casual entertainment on the ZingPlay platform.

Zing Card Denominations and Zing Xu Conversion Rates

Zing Cards maintain a standard 1:10 base conversion ratio between Vietnamese Dong (VND) and Zing Xu. When redeemed on the official payment portal, 100 VND equals 1 Zing Xu. Depending on the specific game you play, entering the card details directly on the web shop converts the card value into the title's primary currency.

Note: Final in-game currency yields (such as UC, Diamonds, or CP) are determined by VNG's live game exchange tables on pay.zing.vn. Check live conversion rates during redemption. Live product prices for each digital card tier are displayed at checkout on BitTopup.

Server Compatibility and Region Locking Rules

Zing Cards are region-locked to the Vietnamese gaming ecosystem. Before you buy Zing Card VN vouchers, verify that your game account is bound to the Vietnamese VNG service.

VNG Client vs. Global Client

• Vietnamese Releases (VN): The game app icon or title explicitly features the VNG logo (e.g., PUBG Mobile VN, MLBB VNG). These versions link directly to the pay.zing.vn checkout system and accept Zing Card PINs.
• Global / SEA Releases: Games downloaded directly from global stores without VNG branding run on independent regional servers (such as Tencent Global or Moonton International). Zing Cards cannot be redeemed on non-VNG global portals.
• Cross-Server Logins: If your account was originally registered outside Vietnam on a global build, you must check whether your account can log in through the Vietnamese payment gateway before redeeming.

How to Find Your Game UID and Character Information

To redeem your Zing Card PIN on the VNG recharge website, you will need your Character UID, Player ID, or linked ZingID.

Locating Your Account Credentials

1. Launch your VNG game application on your mobile device or PC.
2. Tap your Avatar / Profile icon located in the upper-left or upper-right corner of the main lobby.
3. Locate your Role ID / Character UID (typically an 8 to 12 digit number).
4. Click the Copy icon next to your ID to avoid manual typing mistakes.
5. If the game uses a ZingID, Zalo, or Facebook login, note down the specific login provider linked to your game data.

Troubleshooting Zing Card Redemption and PIN Errors

If you encounter an error when submitting your card details on pay.zing.vn, use the following troubleshooting guide:

• Error: "Thẻ không hợp lệ" (Invalid Card / Incorrect PIN):
• Re-check for typos. Zing codes consist strictly of numbers and standard alphanumeric sequences. Common errors include confusing the number 0 with the letter O, or 1 with I.
• Verify that you did not accidentally swap the Serial number and the PIN code in the input boxes.
• Error: "Thẻ đã qua sử dụng" (Card Already Used):
• Refresh your in-game currency balance. In high-traffic periods, the web shop may have successfully processed the redemption on the first click.
• Check the transaction history tab on pay.zing.vn to confirm whether the code was already redeemed onto your ZingID.
• Error: "Không tìm thấy thông tin nhân vật" (Character Not Found):
• Confirm that you selected the correct game server/zone. Vietnamese games often separate servers into specific numbering schemes.
• Error: "Phương thức thanh toán bảo trì" (Payment Method Under Maintenance):
• VNG occasionally runs maintenance on their web shop gateway. Your code remains valid; wait 15–30 minutes before re-attempting redemption.

First, carefully copy and paste the Serial and PIN directly from your BitTopup order page to eliminate typos. Check your in-game mailbox to verify if the currency was already credited. If the issue persists, contact BitTopup 24/7 customer support with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error message for fast verification.

Does a Zing Card (VN) code expire after purchase?

Zing Card codes have long validity periods from their generation date. However, we advise redeeming your Serial and PIN onto pay.zing.vn promptly after purchase to secure your gaming balance immediately.
