O processo de pagamento não é tão tranquilo quanto o esperado e não aceita tantos métodos de pagamento quanto eu esperava. O site às vezes apresenta lentidão ou trava durante a recarga, e o atendimento ao cliente demora a responder. Também não fica claro quando os pagamentos são processados. Se esses problemas fossem corrigidos, seria muito mais confiável.
