IMO SVIP levels: SVIP1–SVIP10 monthly targets
SVIP is imo's privilege system for heavy supporters. The in-app rules explain it plainly: your SVIP level depends on how many black diamonds you recharge this month, and it shows up immediately once you hit the target.
Each level also hands you SVIP points, which you redeem for SVIP props, recharge discounts and other privileges.

Don't mix up diamonds and Premium. Premium is a subscription for no ads, 25 GB of cloud storage, a 30-day profile-visitor history, a VIP badge, caller tunes, a Premium Rebate and a Gifts Package. It doesn't replace diamonds for gifting.

FAQ: the 10 IMO diamond questions players ask most
1. My balance says "Recharging". What now?
That status means the order is going through, and it flips to "recharged" once the diamonds land. BitTopup orders typically complete within a few minutes.
Swipe down in imo Wallet to refresh, restart the app, and check your order status on BitTopup. Still waiting? Message 24/7 support with your order ID. For in-app store purchases, imo's help center lists processing of up to 3 working days. Its support asks for the payment method, date and time, a receipt screenshot, your number with country code and the order number from imo Wallet.
2. I bought Noble but it isn't showing on my profile.
Open Me → imo Wallet and tap Noble in the Service menu. Your rank lives there. Update to the newest build (Android 2026.09.1051 / iOS 2026.10.2) and restart, because profile badges refresh with the app.
Also make sure you're logged into the same account that made the purchase. If it still isn't there, send in-app feedback with your order number.
3. JazzCash, Easypaisa, bKash or Nagad isn't showing in the app. How do I pay?

4. Phone number or IMO ID: which one do I enter?
On BitTopup, enter your registered mobile number with the international country code and no leading 0. imo's own recharge page also offers both "Phone" and "imo ID" tabs, so the phone number is a standard way to identify your account.
5. I live in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman or Qatar. Can I recharge?
Yes. BitTopup works off your number, so you just enter it with your country code (for example +966 Saudi Arabia, +971 UAE) and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. In-app prices vary by country. 6. Can I recharge diamonds for a friend or family member?
Easily. Enter their registered imo number with country code on BitTopup and the diamonds go straight to their account. Diamonds stay on the account they're delivered to, so confirm the number with them first.
In the app itself, "Recharge for other account" opens once your account is over 15 days old and has recharged more than 10 diamonds.
7. Beans vs diamonds: what's the difference?
Diamonds are what you buy and spend. Beans are what broadcasters collect when they receive gifts, and hosts can redeem them for real-world income. Your own diamonds are for spending in imo. Under imo's Terms they aren't exchanged for cash, so buy what you plan to use.
8. Do I keep SVIP if I stop recharging?
SVIP is based on your black-diamond recharge in the current month, and your level shows as soon as you hit the target. To hold a level, reach its target again each calendar month. SVIP1 needs 10,000 and SVIP10 needs 800,000.
9. Premium or diamonds: which do I need? And why do I still see ads?
Premium gives you no ads, 25 GB of cloud storage, 30-day profile visitors, a VIP badge, caller tunes, a Premium Rebate and a Gifts Package. Diamonds pay for gifts, SVIP and imo Out. App Store Premium is ₹79 / ₹869 in India and SAR 3.99 / 42.99 in Saudi Arabia.

10. The gift button is missing or says "current version doesn't support this function".
That message is imo asking you to update. Install the latest build (Android 2026.09.1051, iOS 2026.10.2), reopen the room, and the gift panel comes back.
