Refund Policy

If you experience any issues with your gift card purchase, we are here to help. Refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

• Refunds are only available for gift cards with proven defects or issues not caused by the customer.
• Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the request approval.

Return Policy

As digital goods such as gift cards are delivered instantly, we generally do not accept returns. However, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:

• Returns are accepted if the gift card is proven to be non-functional and the claim is made within 14 days of purchase.
• The gift card must not have been redeemed or used.

Digital Products Policy

Please note the following important terms regarding digital and virtual products:

• Virtual products are immediately consumed upon delivery and cannot be revoked, withdrawn, or recovered once delivered to your account.
• All virtual products are non-refundable once delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the digital nature of these products means they are instantly processed and cannot be returned.
• Once a digital product code or virtual item has been delivered, it is considered used and no refund will be issued except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or non-functional.
