The best Lily Wuthering Waves build is an HP and Energy Regen healer-buffer: Lullaby (or Static Mist), 5pc Rejuvenating Glow with Fallacy of No Return, Energy Regen 3-costs and HP% 1-costs, aiming for 190–260% ER. She is expected on November 12, 2026 and fits Hsin, Sigrika and Galbrena teams best.

Lily Wuthering Waves Build Summary

Here's what is locked in so far. Kuro has officially confirmed only two things: Lily is a 5★ Spectro Resonator, and she uses Pistols. Everything else here comes from the leaked 3.8 beta, so we tag it beta or "expected".

The good news is that the newest beta, 3.8.3, made her a lot stronger. Most guides still quote 3.8.1 numbers, so the build advice below is updated for the 3.8.3 changes.

What Lily does in one minute (beta kit)

• Outro: 25% All DMG Amplification for the next Resonator for 30 seconds.
• Cradle Lullaby: each teammate Intro adds a Dream Aroma stack, +7% team ATK each, up to 28%.
• Slumberland (Liberation): 50 seconds of healing every 3 seconds. In beta 3.8.3 it also gives a shield worth 100% of her Max HP.
• Silvered Dream (beta 3.8.3): ATK, Echo Skill Crit Rate and Echo Skill Crit DMG buffs that now grow with every point of Energy Regen above 190%.

Lily Release Date and Banner

Lily's release date is expected to be November 12, 2026 (UTC+8), when Version 3.8 goes live. The current 3.7 phase 2 banners end on November 11 at 11:59 server time, and last patch followed the same pattern: 3.6 Phase II ended on September 29 and 3.7 went live on September 30.

Some sites say November 11, but the official banner end time points to the 12th. The exact date gets confirmed at the Version 3.8 Special Broadcast on November 6, 2026 at 19:00 (UTC+8). We'll add the livestream redemption codes here right after it airs.

Leaked 3.8 banner phases

• Phase 1 (expected Nov 12): Lily (new), plus Sigrika and Qiuyuan reruns. Leaked 4★ rate-ups: Youhu, Aalto, Yangyang.
• Phase 2 (expected early December): Hiyuki, Suisui and Yangyang: Xuanling reruns. Leaked 4★ rate-ups: Danjin, Baizhi, Yuanwu.

Lily Ascension and Skill Materials (Prefarm List)

Lily's leaked materials are almost all Lahai-Roi items that are already in the game, so you can farm nearly everything today. The only exception is her local specialty, which is a new 3.8 item. Leave that one until launch day.

Prefarm order: start Sigillum this week, because Gold in Memory is capped at 3 clears a week and you need 26. Then run Lesson in Embers for Reverb Combustors (challenge Lv 70–90). Do Hyvatia last, since it's a quick 60 Waveplate claim you can top off anytime.

Is Lily Worth Pulling?

Short answer: yes, if you play Hsin + Suoming, Sigrika or Galbrena, or if you don't own Shorekeeper. In 3.8.1 beta team calcs at S0, she beat Shorekeeper by 6% to 13% in those teams. Most players also say the same thing: never skip a good healer.

She's more of a sidegrade if you already own Shorekeeper and mostly play teams outside that list. In Augusta + Iuno and Jingran + Iuno, beta numbers put her at about 94–95% of Shorekeeper. For Hiyuki or Yangyang: Xuanling, the Suisui rerun in Phase 2 is the bigger upgrade.

Lily or Suoming first?

If you only want one, get Lily. Suoming is a Unison specialist, while Lily slots into Hsin, Sigrika and Galbrena teams and covers your second Tower or Matrix team too. Pull Suoming first only if you already have a strong healer and Hsin is your main carry.

Best Lily Weapons

Lily wants Energy Regen first, because her personal damage and (in beta 3.8.3) her team buffs grow with ER. Lullaby is the first 5★ Pistol with an ER substat. Every other 5★ Pistol rolls Crit Rate.

Lullaby vs Static Mist: Lullaby wins for team value because its Unison ATK and Echo Skill buffs reach the whole team. Static Mist is the best pick you might already own, and its Outro ATK fits her Outro-buffer role. Solar Flame and other Crit Pistols miss the ER she needs, so Static Mist or a refined Cadenza beats them.

Best Lily Echoes and Echo Sets

Run 5pc Rejuvenating Glow with Fallacy of No Return as your main echo. Lily heals constantly, so the 5pc keeps team ATK +15% up all the time, and Fallacy adds another 10% team ATK plus 10% ER for her. In beta calcs, Flower of Tinged Yearning showed no edge over it, even in Unison teams.

Her buffs aren't tied to an element. She works in Spectro teams the same way she works anywhere else, as a healer and All DMG amplifier, so you don't need a Spectro DMG set.

Best Lily Main Stats and Substats

Go 4-3-3-1-1. The beta builds all agree on the 3-cost and 1-cost slots. The 4-cost depends on what your team needs.

• 4-cost (Fallacy of No Return): Crit Rate if you want her finishers to hit hard, or Healing Bonus if your team needs more sustain.
• 3-cost ×2: Energy Regen.
• 1-cost ×2: HP%.
• Substats: Energy Regen › HP% › Crit Rate › Crit DMG.

Energy Regen targets: 190% is the new floor in beta 3.8.3, because that's where her team buffs start growing with ER. 260% is the leaked cap where ER stops converting into Crit on her finishers. Lullaby (177%) plus two ER 3-costs and Fallacy already puts her near 251%, so one or two ER substats finish the job.

Without Lullaby, you'll need more ER substats to reach 190%. Cadenza gives 51.8%, Static Mist's passive gives 12.8%, and the rest has to come from ER rolls.

Best Lily Teams

Lily is a mechanic-based support. She shines with Unison and Echo Skill carries, and her Outro amp plus healing work in most teams.

Rotation tip: swap in Lily, cast Liberation for the 50-second Slumberland, then let teammates Intro to stack Dream Aroma. Outro into your carry for the 25% amp. Her Echo buffs only reach the active Resonator, so off-field carries like Phrolova gain less.

Lily Resonance Chain: Which Sequences Matter

S0 is fully usable, because the Outro amp, Dream Aroma ATK, healing and the 3.8.3 shield all work without dupes. S2 is the one sequence worth chasing, and S6 got toned down in beta 3.8.3.

S2 matters because it finally gives Unison carries like Hsin the Crit Rate they want. In beta, S2 Lily without her weapon came within about 3% of S2R1 Shorekeeper in regular teams.
