Virtual Account may be used online, over the phone or in store with a digital wallet everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Virtual Account cannot be used to obtain cash from any ATM or Point of Sale transaction. Redeemable only once per user every 30 days.

Redemption Instructions
1. Click on URL received 2. Enter challenge code received in order 3. Click on Claim your card 4. Upon clicking Claim Your Card you will be directed to the Gift Security page. To answer the security question, enter the email address that you received this Visa® eReward Card and click (View gift) 5. After your Greeting Card displays, your Visa® eReward Card displays. Click CLAIM CODE 6. After clicking CLAIM CODE, you will be directed to your Virtual Account with details on how to use your Visa® eReward Card. 7. Manage your Virtual Account, view Balance Summary and completed transactions. 8. Redeemable only once per user every 30 days 9. Expiry - 6 Months
