[Sumaoshe counts the worst PC ported games in 2023, and EA takes the top three on the list] As 2023 is coming to an end, Shumaoshe Digital Foundry has taken stock of some of the worst PC ported games this year. The top three on the list are all works of EA. The first place is the hunting and fighting action game "Wild Hearts". This game was also selected into dsogaming's annual list of the worst optimized PC games. The second place is "Star Wars Jedi". ": Survivor", and the third place is "Dead Space Remastered". Although the last three on the list, "The Last of Us: Part 1", "Forspoken" and "Red Cloud Island", were not ideal when they first launched on PC, the official made up for it in later updates. Reviewers John Linneman and Alex Battaglia said that the issue of poor PC porting began to appear frequently last year and is still present this year. The disappointment often isn't the game itself, but the quality of the PC version.
