Strongest Anomaly: Xingmeiya (Eleanor)
The one and only "Void Hunter" title holder, Eleanor excels as both an Anomaly and Attack main DPS. She deals high Frostburn anomaly damage while also boasting strong direct damage output. Once you unlock all six Mindscapes (constellations), she becomes a brainless DPS machine—charge attacks? Just skip the thinking.
Eleanor also enjoys a lot of invincibility frames: her 4th normal attack is invincible, and her 5th includes a parry, making her combo chain extremely safe for field time. She’s currently available in the event banner—despite being a rerun, she’s still highly recommended to pull, even at just 0+1 constellations.
Strongest Attack: Evelynn
Second only to Eleanor, Evelynn is a top-tier on-field DPS. Her Flame Value and Burnout Points mechanics feel smooth to play, and she has the best crowd control among DPS units. After unbalancing enemies, her Chain Attacks and Ultimate deal devastating damage.
She also enjoys favorable treatment as the only limited Fire main DPS, with many stages and bosses being weak to Fire (especially in Crisis Zones and Hollow Zero), giving her consistent usage. However, Evelynn depends heavily on team comps, especially needing Catherine to fully shine—without ideal teammates, she may feel more average.
Strongest Defense: Koleda
No competition here—Koleda is the only S-rank Defense character in the game. She provides both offense and defense, offering ATK buffs, damage bonuses, and super armor shields with long durations. She’s essentially the Zhongli of ZZZ, with incredible team protection.
While the game allows you to dodge and parry skillfully to avoid damage, Koleda greatly helps players who prefer a relaxed experience, especially mobile users or those less comfortable with fast reactions.
Strongest Stun: Grace
Choosing the strongest Stun character is tough since many are solid—but overall, Grace takes the crown. Her gameplay is incredibly simple: press Skill? Use it. Got Ultimate? Use it. See light? Bounce it. Everything else gets handled automatically in the background.
Grace also doubles as a semi-support, boosting Crit DMG, Chain/Ultimate damage, and Roar value cap for the whole team. Plus, she can trigger Chain Attacks while off-field, making her ideal for proccing the “Mountain King” W-Engine.
Strongest Support: Nicole
While Yoyo is the newest limited S-rank support, Nicole remains the most well-rounded. The two specialize in different comps: Yoyo fits Anomaly teams, while Nicole excels in Attack teams, but Nicole’s strengths in quick support swapping give her the edge.
Nicole’s quick swap-in is invincible, allowing her to bridge combos and trigger passive buffs. Her Ultimate heals the whole team, and she can grant free Chain Attacks or replenish key resources for teammates.
Strongest Amplify: Zhu Yuan
Currently the only Amplify character in the game, Zhu Yuan deserves her title as the strongest. She’s the first to feature dual Ultimates, capable of massive burst damage during enemy imbalance. Her kit includes energy ball casting, wing spreading, and Taichi formations, allowing flexible playstyles.
Zhu Yuan also has unique utility—she can ride the Azure Bird to move quickly and auto-collect materials, making Hollow exploration far more efficient.
Amplify was introduced in version 2.0, but 2.1 and 2.2 haven’t added any new Amplify characters, leaving us curious who the next one will be and how strong they’ll turn out.
