How Cryo Traveler Works
Resonate with the Snezhnaya Statue of the Seven and the Traveler converts Superconduct into Stellar-Conduct and Cryo Swirl into Stellar-Swirl. That same passive, Stellar Jubilee: Illusory Frostmirror, also adds up to 7% base Stellar DMG from ATK (cap at 2,000 ATK).
Ice Fog Piercer (Skill, 15s CD) summons a Frostpierce Star for 12s.
Default / Stellar-Swirl: the Star follows the party and fires ice crystals every 2s. You can sit off-field and still bank Frostglow.
Stellar-Conduct: the Star stops the interval shots. It fires a coordinated crystal when you land a Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack (0.2s ICD). You stay on-field or Frostglow dries up.
Each crystal hit grants 1 Frostglow, max 8. Stacks last 30s out of combat.
