Mango Live in October 2026: Updates, Diamond Prices and Answers Players Can't Find

Mango Live is a live-streaming app run by Appxyz Mobile Company Limited in Hong Kong. On 24 October 2026 it is on version 3.2.4 (Google Play) and 3.0.5 (App Store), with no real changelog. Official local-wallet top-ups win in Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam; elsewhere, Mango Live diamonds cost about $0.216 per 1,000 on BitTopup.

Prices, versions and store data are snapshots from that day.

Wrong Mango?

This guide is about the live-streaming app by Appxyz Mobile Co. Ltd (official site mangolive.in). It is not the Mango fashion brand, not MangoTV, and not the other apps that share the name, such as Mango Entertainment.

Straight talk

This article is published on BitTopup, a top-up seller. So I show the places where we lose on price. Every number is labelled with where it came from, and "(calc)" marks my own arithmetic.

What Mango Live is and who runs it

Mango Live is a social live-streaming app. You watch hosts (dancers, singers and more), send paid gifts bought with diamonds, and join rooms. Hosts who are approved can stream. Everyone else watches.

The official tagline on mangolive.in is "Dancers, singers & surprises! Watch and participate in broadcasting lives." The site also says it was ranked at the top of Google Play's best-selling list in Southeast Asia "for several consecutive months". That is an undated marketing claim, and I could not verify it.

Watch the official promo, but check the date

Mango's official YouTube channel has just one video, and it is from 1 December 2022. It shows the vibe, not today's app.

The rules you agree to before spending

I read the official user agreement (it prints no effective date). These points matter for your wallet:

• Age: minimum 16, but buying diamonds or gifts and earning diamonds are 18+ only.
• No cash-out of diamonds: "Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash."
• No refunds: all sales of diamonds and gifts are final.
• Currency: payments are in US dollars unless other currencies are offered. Your bank or wallet sets the exchange rate and fees.
• No account trading: trading, exchanging or pledging accounts, rooms, coins, diamonds or gifts is banned.

Update tracker: what each release changes (nothing, officially)

Here is the short version. Every Mango Live release note I found says the same two lines: "1. Fix known issues 2. Improve user experience." That goes for Google Play and for all 25 iOS versions I listed. The version number tells you nothing about new features.

Where the versions stand

Android: the last ten versions

Google Play only shows the latest update date. For older builds I used the APKMirror upload dates. These are third-party dates, and mirrors can lag the real release by days. APKPure and Uptodown show slightly different dates for the same versions.

Note that 3.1.8 matters later: it is the build where players say lock rooms vanished.

iPhone: 25 releases in 501 days

Apple's version history is more complete. Dates for recent entries are shown without a year, so I inferred 2026 from the order. Version 2.9.4 is not listed.

Doing the maths on all 25 releases (calc): the median gap is 18 days, the mean is 20.9 days, and the longest silence was 96 days, from 27 February to 3 June 2026. Fourteen releases landed in 2026 so far. The last three came on 8, 13 and 20 October.

What I could not find

Official 2026 events and numbers: not found. The official X account (@mangolive_01) last posted on 2024-12-06, and I could not read the Facebook or Instagram pages. The most recent official campaign numbers I found are from 2024, for example "up to 5.55 million" free diamonds for the 5th anniversary (posted 2024-11-27). That shows Mango runs big events in November, nothing more.

Reseller blogs publish 2026 event dates and VIP diamond thresholds. I could not confirm any of them with Mango, so I left them out.

Diamonds per dollar, by channel and country

Most price lists quote a pack price and stop there. I turned every price into the same unit: dollars per 1,000 diamonds, and diamonds per $1. All local currencies were converted with open.er-api.com rates from 24 October 2026. The channel numbers below are my calculations (calc) from the pages listed in the table.

The headline numbers (calc)

• BitTopup ($0.216) versus the App Store ($0.333): about 35% cheaper, or roughly 1,600 more diamonds per dollar (4,630 against 3,030 at the $0.99 pack).
• BitTopup versus SEAGM: about 11% cheaper than SEAGM's promo price and about 21% cheaper than its list price.
• BitTopup has no bulk discount. The 5,000-diamond pack costs the same per diamond as the 1,000,000 pack. So there is no reason to over-buy.

Where BitTopup is NOT the cheapest

Here's the part other sellers skip. Mango's own web recharge is cheaper than us if you pay with a local wallet or bank in Indonesia, the Philippines or Vietnam. It is dearer in most other countries, and card payments cost more everywhere I checked.

The official site lists 16 countries. India is not one of them, and neither is Bangladesh.

The sub-$0.20 prices are local-currency, local-rail prices. Whether the site lets you in from abroad: not found.

Card versus wallet: same site, same diamonds, different price

On the official site, the payment method alone moves the price by 21% to 37% (calc):

Indonesia shows the spread best, because the official site offers nine ways to pay. This is the price in rupiah per 1,000 diamonds, so no exchange rate is involved:

Read the bottom row twice. The same 315,000-diamond pack that cost Rp1,590,000 in the Play checkout in the video is far cheaper through a BCA transfer on the web. Google's Indonesian listing still shows an in-app range of Rp16.000 to Rp1.590.000 on 24 October 2026, which matches the smallest and largest packs in that video.

Which channel should you use?

Play rating versus rival apps

Mango Live has 5M+ installs on Google Play, yet its rating trails every rival I checked. On 24 October 2026 (US Play store) it scored 3.25 stars, which is 0.8 to 1.3 stars below six comparable live-streaming apps (calc). Play's own listing text shows 3.2 to 3.4 depending on when it was cached.

Two more facts (calc): Mango has about 0.3% of Bigo's rating volume, and its 39.1% share of 1-star ratings is the highest of the seven. On the App Store the US rating is 2.96 from 52 ratings, and Indonesia gives 2.97 from 1,371. Malaysia gives 3.22 from 350, the Philippines 3.66 from 32, and India 3.78 from just 9.

In a sample of 1,275 Play text reviews, the average was 3.02 stars. Sentiment peaked around 2021-H2 and 2022-H1 (about 3.6) and has sat between 2.0 and 3.2 since 2023. It is a sample, so treat it as a direction, not a verdict.

Eight player questions nobody answers

I read about 1,275 Google Play reviews dated 2019-12-15 to 2026-10-14. Reddit and X had no real Mango Live Q&A, and YouTube comments were not reachable. These are the questions that keep coming back, with the best answer the evidence allows.

1. "I installed from the Play Store but I can't recharge" or "my country is incorrect"

This is the most useful gap I found. A player wrote on 2026-07-12: "even i downloaded from playstore i can't recharge". The developer answered on 2026-07-15: "If you want to TOP-UP Diamond, you could download APK from our official website."

Others hit the same wall: "I could topup initially but now saying my country is incorrect" (2024-07-31), and "how to pay in my country in Bangladesh" (2026-08-01). In my 1,275-review sample, about 22 match this theme (keyword count).

Google's help page on changing your Play country mentions a payment method from the new country and a 90-day wait. So the Play build can lock you out when your account country and payment method do not match.

You have three routes. Pick by what fails for you:

1. In-app purchase (Play or App Store)Works if your store country and payment method match. Fails with "country incorrect" or "invalid" errors. Priced at about 3,000 diamonds per $1 on the App Store.
2. Official web recharge on mangolive.inYou enter your numeric Mango ID, tap Check, then pick country, payment method and pack. It takes your ID, not the store you installed from. Offered in 16 countries only, and not India.
3. A third-party top-up sellerUseful if your country is not on the official list. Check the red flags in the safe-recharge list further down first.

Sideload warning

The developer's suggestion is an APK from the official site. I did not download or check that file. Only use the download link on mangolive.in itself. mangolive.live is NOT official: it is an Indonesian page promoting a "Mod APK".

2. "Why can't I go live?"

Because only approved hosts can broadcast. Tap the purple camera button and the app shows: "Dear user, our live broadcast permissions are only open to the host." DuMa's June 2026 guide shows it at about 0:47. One 2022 reviewer called it unclear how to become a host, and that review has 245 helpful votes.

Here is how to apply, as shown in the guide (about 0:50 to 0:59):

1. Open the Account tabIt is the last icon on the bottom bar.
2. Tap "Apply to become a host"It sits in the menu under Fans Club.
3. Choose Video Host or Party HostThe screen warns that once selected, it cannot be changed. Think before you tap.
4. Tap Next and bind your phone numberThen enter the verification code.
5. Wait for approvalI found no official approval criteria and no published response time.

If you are applying through an agency, the Google Play listing gives two official agency addresses: jasonhe@mangolive.net for Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, and global.bd@mangolive.net for Vietnam, the Middle East and other regions. Players still complain about silence. One review from 2026-05-21 says an agency request had been waiting "more than 7 months". Hosting and earning are 18+ under the agreement.

3. "How do hosts really get paid? Do I need an agency?"

I found no official rule, and the sources disagree. The Mango Live site and store listings publish no withdrawal minimum, fee, schedule or bean-to-cash rate. What exists:

Unverified

I also saw agency documents and videos quoting bean prices and minimum withdrawals for "Mango". I could not confirm they are for Mango Live, so I did not use them. Rules probably depend on your region and agency. Ask your agency for the terms in writing before you stream for money.

4. "Where did lock rooms go, and do I get diamonds back?"

Players say lock rooms were removed in version 3.1.8, which APKMirror dates 2026-07-13 (see the Android table above). Reviews from late July onwards say so (the first two are tagged v3.1.8):

• 2026-07-24: "why remove lock room password???"
• 2026-07-31: "Used to be a good platform until they removed the lock room feature."
• 2026-08-03: "cannot enter lock room after the new update eventhough my account is from Malaysia."
• 2026-10-03: a player with Malaysian friends cannot see their country's rooms.

Mango's changelog says only "Fix known issues", and the developer replies to these reviews are boilerplate. So an official statement that lock rooms were removed is not found. Whether they are gone for good, replaced or limited by region is unconfirmed.

Refunds: I found no official policy for paid rooms where the host kicks you out or ends the stream. The agreement says all sales of diamonds and gifts are final. Older reviews describe the risk: "some lock room put 3000-8000 diamonds, once u join the Room they will kick u out" (2026-01-10), and a player who spent 8,000 diamonds when the host ended the live about 30 seconds later (2023-12-10).

Veteran tip

Never pay an entry fee you would hate to lose. Screenshot the room, the amount and the time, and send it to customerservice@mangolive.net. Expect nothing, but you will have a record.

5. "My account was deleted or banned. Can I get my diamonds back?"

Nobody official says. The evidence is a pile of complaints:

• 2025-10-18: a player deleted a high-level account, revoked the deletion in time, and says it was deleted anyway. The developer answered with "contact us on Facebook" (2025-10-20).
• 2026-05-11: a user says an account came back after the 30-day deletion period "without any notice".
• 2026-10-02: "my acc got ban for no reason???? level 67".
• 2026-02-09: an account was cancelled, the ID changed, and diamonds and stats were lost (user claim).

Ban appeal path, deletion grace-period rules and what happens to diamonds on a ban: not found officially. The Google Play data safety section (declared by the developer) says data deletion is available on request.

On refunds, advice conflicts. A 2020 reviewer says a Google refund led to account restrictions, while some sellers advise asking for a store refund after a failed top-up. Mango's own replies say Google refunds failed network requests automatically within 3 days. My rule: don't file a chargeback unless you have to, and never trade or sell accounts, because the agreement bans it.

6. "Is Mango Live available in India or my country?"

Yes for India, with limits. Here is what I checked on 24 October 2026:

About the "only my country" room list: players report seeing only hosts from their own country (for example "can't change region. only indonesia room", 2026-08-15). I found no official explanation or switch. The app's own feed does show country tabs such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

7. "I paid but my diamonds didn't arrive"

This is the oldest complaint (about 38 "paid but not credited" reviews in my sample, only 1 since 2025). Work down this list:

1. Check the Mango ID you enteredOn the official web recharge, the Check button must show your account before you pay. A wrong ID sends diamonds to someone else's account.
2. Check the payment really finishedLook for a success page or a debit in your wallet or bank. A pending payment has not been delivered.
3. Restart the app and reopen the WalletPull the balance again before you panic.
4. Keep your proofSave the receipt, order number, time and Mango ID in one screenshot.

8. The safe recharge checklist

1. Start from the official siteUse mangolive.in. Lookalikes exist, like mangolive.live, which promotes a mod APK.
2. Be 18+The agreement requires it for buying diamonds and gifts.
3. Use a payment method from your own countryIt is the cheapest, and the one that avoids "country incorrect" errors.
4. Never give your passwordA real top-up needs only your numeric Mango ID.
5. Skip "free diamonds", hack and mod videos14 of 19 YouTube results I saw for one withdrawal search were exactly that. No legitimate free-diamond hack exists. Learn the red flags of Mango Live diamond scams before you pay a stranger.
6. Do not buy or sell accountsIt is against the rules, and a ban means no diamonds back.
7. Keep receiptsScreenshot the ID, amount and time of every order.

Privacy

One 2025 App Store reviewer claimed the app can see you as soon as you enter a room. No evidence was given. The app asks for camera and microphone access when you try to go live, as in the GIF above. Deny what you do not need.
