WuWa 3.8 Release Date and Maintenance Time

Version 3.8 is expected to go live on Thursday, November 12, 2026. Kuro's own 3.7 update notice says current content runs until the November 12 maintenance, and every version from 3.0 to 3.7 went live the day after the last banners ended, inside a 04:00–11:00 (UTC+8) window.

3.7 Phase II banners close on November 11 at 11:59 server time, which is why a few sites quoting November 11 look off. If you are still chasing Suoming, our 3.7 Phase 2 pull plan covers what is left before the switch.

Version maintenance hits every server at the same moment, so the table below shows when 3.8 opens in your local time. Kuro usually posts the exact notice about a day before, so treat these as expected until then.

Pre-download has landed about two days early in past versions, so expect it around November 10, 10:00 (UTC+8). Kuro has also paid 300 Astrite + 2 Crystal Solvent as maintenance compensation in recent updates, and that should repeat for 3.8.

WuWa 3.8 Banners: Phase 1 and Phase 2

Lily is the only new 5★ Kuro has shown so far, and she is locked in as a Spectro Pistols Resonator from the Federated Cities. She was revealed on October 7 with an official Resonator Preview on October 8, and fan trackers expect her banner to run with 3.8 from November 12 to around December 3.

The reruns come from a dataminer leak (Nanoka) that went viral on October 22 with more than 500,000 views. It has held steady since, but older guides listed different pairs, so give it until the broadcast before you lock in plans.

A few things worth knowing about this lineup:

• Sigrika has had only one banner, roughly seven months ago, so her return is the one rerun players have been loudest about.
• Hiyuki is back after about two months, which is very fast. Leaks also show a new Hiyuki outfit in two colorways.
• Yangyang: Xuanling is a separate 5★. Sequences of the 4★ Yangyang do not carry over to her, according to current guides.
• Phase 2 opens at 10:00 server time, so America (UTC−5) sees it 13 hours after Asia (UTC+8).

WuWa 3.8 Weapon Banners

Kuro has not posted the 3.8 Absolute Pulsation schedule yet. What we have is beta data for Lily's signature and the usual pattern of each rerun bringing its own weapon back.

Beta numbers for Lullaby show 413 base ATK and 77.04% Energy Regen at level 90, plus 12% Max HP. Her Liberation also restores 8 Concerto (20s cooldown), and her healing feeds a team-wide Unison ATK buff. Beta stats often shift before launch.

The weapon banner has no 50/50: every 5★ you pull is the featured weapon, with a hard guarantee by pull 80. For a support like Lily, most players treat the signature as optional and put Astrite into the character first.

WuWa 3.8 Livestream Codes

There are no 3.8 codes yet. They will be shown during the Special Broadcast on November 6 at 19:00 (UTC+8), and last time they appeared roughly 80–90 minutes into the stream. We will add them here as soon as they air.

Going by the last two broadcasts (3.6 and 3.7), expect three codes worth 100 Astrite each that stay active for about 48 hours. If that holds, they would expire around November 8, 08:59 PST (November 9, 00:59 UTC+8). Redeem them the same evening.

How to redeem: open the Terminal, go to Settings → Other Settings → Redemption Code, then paste the code. Your account needs Union Level 2. Livestream codes work while 3.7 is still live, so you don't need to wait for the update.

WuWa 3.8 Events and Free Astrites

The 3.8 event list comes with the broadcast, but you can still bank rewards from 3.7 before the update. These are confirmed and close before launch:

Who to Pull in WuWa 3.8

The community is clear on this one: Lily first, especially if you run Hsin and Suoming in Unison. She is an off-field Spectro healer who buffs the whole team at once, and well-received beta buffs (such as her Intro restoring 130 Dream Perfume) pushed her from "nice" to must-pull in most threads.

If you already have Shorekeeper or Verina and don't play Unison, Lily becomes optional. Guides suggest that group take one key 3.8 unit and save the rest. Remember the math: hard pity is 80 pulls, and losing the 50/50 means the worst case for a featured 5★ is 160 pulls, which is about 25,600 Astrite.

The estimated F2P income above covers about 62–68% of that worst case. If you are starting from low pity and want Lily and a rerun, topping up before the banner is the simplest way to close the gap.

WuWa 4.0 Preview: New Federation

Lily is the first playable character tied to the Federated Cities, the region fans call New Federation and expect in the 4.x arc. That link is why a fan post calling her the "first playable from New Federation" passed 200,000 views.

If 3.8 follows the usual ~42-day cycle, 4.0 should land around late December 2026, about six weeks after Lily's banner opens. A 4.0 tease could appear at the end of the November 6 stream, but Kuro hasn't confirmed one.

Names like Anna, Luxier and Amethyst float around leak threads for 4.x, alongside collab rumors. None are confirmed, so take them lightly. The common plan in the community is to secure one 3.8 cornerstone (usually Lily) and bank the rest for the new region.

Most players pull Lily, or the Sigrika and Qiuyuan pair they are missing, and then save the rest for 4.0. If your team already has a healer and you don't play Unison, saving is reasonable.

Does pity carry over to Lily's banner?

Yes. Pity and the 50/50 guarantee carry over between Featured Resonator banners until you get a 5★. The weapon banner has its own pity and no 50/50.

Do 4★ Yangyang copies count for Yangyang: Xuanling?

No. Yangyang: Xuanling is a separate 5★ Resonator with her own sequences, so 4★ Yangyang copies don't upgrade her.
