Introducing the Grab Online Voucher (SG) The Grab Online Voucher (SG) is a convenient offering from Grab, the leading ride-hailing platform in Southeast Asia. These vouchers can be used for GrabCar, GrabMart, and GrabFood, serving as prepaid ride and food vouchers that can be gifted as promo codes to customers, guests, employees, and loved ones. Terms and Conditions: - The Grab Online Voucher is valid for one-time use only. - It is applicable for GrabCar (not applicable on GrabHitch), GrabMart, and GrabFood. - The voucher cannot be applied to the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee. - It cannot be stacked, clubbed, or combined for use in a single transaction. - The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. - Redemption must occur within the stipulated period (180 days) with no extension of validity allowed. - The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited. - Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. - In case of an error with the Grab Online Voucher, users can visit the help center in the Grab app to report the issue. How to Redeem the Grab Online Voucher (SG): To redeem your reward, you'll receive a link from us. Please click on "CLICK TO REDEEM" for reward activation. Ensure that you have installed the Grab app and logged in. After clicking "Add to Grab App," the landing page will detect the type of device the user is using. For mobile devices, proceed to "Redeem in Grab App," while PC users can scan the QR code with their mobile phones. Users will confirm if this is the correct account before adding to My Rewards. Once the voucher is successfully redeemed, users should go to My Rewards to find the voucher there.
