[Akatsuki announced a capital alliance with Sony and Koei Tecmo] Akatsuki announced today that it has formed a capital alliance with Sony and Koei Tecmo. It is reported that the purpose of the alliance is to strengthen its own game development and overseas marketing capabilities and leverage each other's Collaborate to create more new content. Akatsuki will transfer 9.87% of its shares to Sony and 7.97% of its shares to KT through a third party. Akatsuki is the developer of the mobile game "Atelier Lais Leliana". It has also previously cooperated with SE to develop the "Romantic SaGa" mobile game and was responsible for the production of "Dragon Ball Z Explosive Battle" and other games. The company will invest 20 billion yen in 2022 to strengthen game development, and is currently developing the 3D action mobile game "TRIBE NINE".
