Dan Heng Permansor Terrae (Permansor Terrae) Deep Dive

This 5★ Phys Preservation beast? DHPT. Skill calls out a Souldragon (SPD 165). Ult blasts 300% ATK Phys AoE plus shields (20% ATK +400, stacks to 300% over 3 turns). Talent wipes 1 debuff per ally + more shields (10% ATK +200 stacks); Sublimity buffs +5% ATK +100 to the lowest-shield ally. SS sustain crushes Node 1 Gnaw Stings, Node 2 HP debuffs. Oh, and FUA? 80% DHPT ATK Phys +80% matching your Bondmate's type.

Build steps:

• Relics: Self-Enshrouded Recluse 4pc (+10% Shield 2pc, +12% wearer/15% CRIT DMG shielded 4pc).
• Planar: Lushaka 2pc (+5% Energy Regen, +12% ATK not first).
• Stats: Body ATK%, Feet SPD (134+), Sphere ATK%, Rope ERR/ATK%; subs SPD > ATK% (4000+ ATK).
• LC: Worlds Apart S1 (+64% ATK, Ult 10% ATK heal + Redoubt); alts Victory S1 (+24% DEF/EHR taunt), Wildfire S5 (DMG red/heal).

Rotation:

1. Technique Earthrend: Daze 10s, auto-Skill (no SP).
2. Skill: Bondmate summon Souldragon.
3. Bondmate attacks advance Souldragon (cleanse/shields).
4. Ult: AoE DMG/enhance 2 actions.

Gepard Landau: The Classic Free Tank

Gepard’s DEF-scaling shields? Solid B/C at best—no sightings in those 26k Stage 4 clears. No cleanse. No FUA. SP-negative drag. Struggles hard against summons/Break (Steadfast Safeguard 50% DR pre-break +100% post). Node 1 Ice synergy (+50% Ice DMG, +10 SPD) feels meh. SP drain tanks your Action Value timers.

Limitations data:

• No dispel Ruinous Embers (break dispels control, 0 AV, HP restore).
• Weak DoT axioms (Dire Straits +50% Break Eff 3+ DoTs).
• DEF yields lower EHP vs ATK meta.

Basic setup: DEF/Effect RES focus; no ATK scaling for damage phases.

Look, Gepard's a relic—reliable once, but this event laughs at static shields.

Head-to-Head Comparison

DHPT SS/S towers over Gepard B/C. ATK shields (20% +400 scaling to 300%) shrug off breaks better than DEF. Teamwide cleanse? Gepard has zilch. SP-positive (E1 Ult +1 SP) flips the script on his negative. Phainon Phys/Kafka DoT squads thrive with DHPT—Gepard? Crickets. 4000+ ATK EHP smokes DEF scaling. DHPT slots into Phys hypercarry (Node 1), DoT hell (Node 2). Gepard scrapes low diffs.

Steps to compare:

1. Test Stage 4 Node 1: DHPT sustains Phainon Ult (Heroic Vanguard).
2. Node 2: DHPT cleanses vs Gepard DoT vuln.
3. Track AV: DHPT min actions for 60k scores.

(Data from top clears backs this—I've parsed thousands.)

Optimal Builds for Each Tank

DHPT thrives on ATK/SPD relics (134+ breakpoint, 2500-4000+ ATK, ERR for Ult uptime); subs ATK% > SPD > Effect RES. Eidolons: E0 crushes, E1 (+1 SP Ult, +18% RES PEN Bondmate), E2 (+2 Ult enhancements). Bonuses: Empyreanity (+15% ATK Bondmate), Sylvanity (+40% advance start), Sublimity (extra shield +40% Bondmate DMG). E0S0 F2P endgame laps Gepard E0.

Gepard: DEF/Effect RES heavy; low offensive utility in Remembrance/HP meta.

Team Compositions and Rotations

DHPT squads? Fire.

• Heroic Vanguard Node 1: Phainon (DPS), Sunday (Sub-DPS), Cerydra/Bronya (Support), DHPT (+50% Break Eff/CRIT DMG Phys weak).
• Dire Straits Node 2: Kafka/Anaxa (DPS), Black Swan/Cerydra (Sub), Hysilens/Ruan Mei/Sunday (Support), DHPT/Huohuo (cleanse debuffs).
• Hypercarry: Phainon/Anaxa + Sunday + Cerydra/Robin + DHPT.
• Follow-up: Feixiao + Moze/Topaz + Robin + DHPT.

Gepard? No meta presence (lacks DoT/FUA).

Node 1 rotation: 1. AoE summons explode Stings. 2. Dispel Growth Hormone Lv3/Entanglement. 3. DHPT shields Ult (prevents L3).

Node 2: 1. Kill Abundance/Destruction Lotuses Toughness. 2. Pre-Eternal Condemnation clears. 3. DHPT DoT sustain.

These flow like butter—SP positive changes everything.

Performance Data and Rewards

Stage 4 stats: Huohuo 93.52%, Sunday 66.28%, Ruan Mei 60.01%; DHPT pops in Phys FAQ teams. Nail 6,600 pts 3-stars/diff; Kalpa's Gift (800 SJ +600 JF +120k Credits at 12★). Finale's Gift (24 Traveler's Guide +12 Refined Aether +24 Lost Crystal +96 Lucent Afterglow +120k Credits). Diff 2 first clear: Xueyi (4★), 300 SJ, 1 Resin. DHPT's SP-positive shaves actions; Stunning Remark +15% Break DMG.

Verdict: DHPT Carries Better

DHPT reigns as 3.7's top free tank: SS tiers, killer teams, ATK shields/cleanse/FUA for Break/DoT/Ruinous Embers. Gepard? Early/low diffs only. Chase DHPT E1 (+1 SP Ult), E2 (+2 Ult enh) for summons/Break dominance.

(Subjective take: As a guide vet, DHPT feels like the event was built around him.)
