Moving on to the character banners in future versions: As the 3.4 version preview approaches, details about the rerun banners are becoming clearer. It's now confirmed that in the first half of version 3.4, aside from the new character Bai Ye, the rerun format will shift from a triple-character mixed banner to a single-character rerun banner.
Initially, it was anticipated that Sunday, as Bai Ye's teammate, would get a rerun. However, to our surprise, the popular Stellaron Hunter, Firefly, is making a return! Could this hint at new story content for Firefly?
According to previous leaks, version 3.4 will introduce a new skin for a 5-star character. While it was initially speculated to be Kafka, the focus has shifted to Firefly. Coupled with Firefly's rerun in version 3.4, it's evident that the strategy is to pair rerun characters with new skins to boost revenue. (I'm personally looking forward to Sam's new skin!)
Beyond the double rewards from the anniversary celebration, many Trailblazers might still have unused Ancient Dreamscape currency from the monthly card. If Firefly indeed gets a skin, it can be directly acquired after the version update, making it quite appealing.
As per previous leaks, new character skins are typically not included in the test server to maintain confidentiality. We'll have to wait for the official 3.4 version preview on June 20 for confirmation.
