How Alyosha Works
Alyosha is a Snezhnaya hunter. You do not park him on-field. You mark, you Burst, you leave.
Thunderbolt Strike applies Hunter's Mark. Tap for a short Electro volley. Hold to aim and tag several targets. An ally who hits a marked foe gives the active character ATK% and Stellar-Conduct DMG through Hunter's Precision.
Hunter's Advance summons Tugarin and drops a Fulgurite Hunting Field. Tugarin ticks Electro, taunts inside the radius, and heals the active character. The field is the kit. Miss the Burst and you lose application, heal, and buff refresh in the same window.
He does not enable Stellar-Conduct. Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo Traveler must sit in the party. Without one of those three, Superconduct stays Superconduct and most of his kit idles.
Suffer the Winter Wheat Will converts spare Energy Recharge into Skill and Burst damage, up to a 70% bonus. Overcapping ER a few rolls pays off. Into the Fray is the Stellar-Conduct damage rider. Treetop Watch marks Snezhnaya local specialties on the map.

Four Alyoshas in co-op
A four-Alyosha party is a heal stack. Four Fulgurite fields keep the active hunter topped up through a weekly-boss circuit: Andrius, Rhodeia of Loch, Iniquitous Baptist, Wayward Hermetic Spiritspeaker, Knuckle Duckle, Aeonblight Drake, Setekh Wenut, Thunder Manifestation. World Level 9 bosses sit around Level 103. Single hits stay in the low thousands. Field uptime and food carry the run.
Use that circuit to learn Skill → Burst → swap before you spend resin on a full Stellar core. Andrius is the first door. Hunter kit versus the Wolf of the North is the joke and the test.
How to Play Alyosha
Bring a Conduct enabler. Odette, Sandrone, or Cryo Traveler. Alyosha alone leaves Superconduct on the table.
Cast Thunderbolt Strike every rotation so Hunter's Mark is live before the carry swings.
Cast Hunter's Advance. Confirm Tugarin is down, then leave the field.
Keep the carry on the marked target. Hunter's Precision follows the active character and refreshes on each trigger.
Recast Burst on cooldown. C2 adds 6s and stops the mark from dropping at the tail of the rotation.
Skip Normal Attack talent. Skirmishing Spear exists for the last hit of a full string. You will not stay that long.
