Expired Codes — Skip These
The three Version 4.1 Special Program codes — DBJ9RJLMLSZB, 7T3R83MMMTY3, and CSJ882LL4BHF — each gave 100 Stellar Jade plus bonus items. They aired March 13, 2026 and expired March 14 at 3:59 PM UTC. Gone.
Anything from Version 3.x or earlier will return an expiration error. Don't bother.
Why Code Lifespans Vary So Much
- Livestream / Special Program codes — 24–27 hours max. HoYoverse uses them as a live-viewing incentive, full stop.
- Version-specific codes — tied to the patch cycle, expire at version end (~April 21 for 4.1)

One requirement for both methods: complete the Trailblaze Mission A Moment of Peace to unlock your mailbox. It's an early-game quest, so most active players are past it. New accounts that haven't reached it yet can enter codes but won't receive rewards until it's done.

Account Does Not Meet Requirements — Almost always means A Moment of Peace isn't completed. Finish that mission first. Some codes historically required a minimum Trailblaze Level, but current 4.1 codes don't appear to have a level gate beyond the mission unlock.
Invalid Redemption Code — Codes are case-sensitive. One wrong character breaks the whole string. Always copy-paste from a trusted source; never type manually.
Rewards not in mailbox after redeeming — Normal. There's a 5–15 minute delay between successful redemption and mail delivery. Wait a few minutes, relaunch the game, then check again.
