3.x carries that still pay
Yangyang: Xuanling holds the live DPS crown. Mortefi gives her the strongest F2P core in the game. Chisa + Suisui is the premium Havoc Bane loop. She clears ToA and WhiWa on the same build.
Hiyuki entered at Aemeath's level, then gained Lucilla and a full mono Glacio Chafe team with Suisui. Auto-dodge and boss freeze keep her first pick for holograms.
Aemeath remains the Fusion reference until Jingran's live numbers land. Tune Break with Lynae covers bosses and WhiWa. Fusion burst with Denia leans WhiWa. Lupa, Changli, and Mornye still plug the third slot.
Luuk Herssen is a Tune Strain Basic Attack carry who shares Lynae and Denia with Aemeath. Boss damage matches Aemeath. WhiWa is the tax. Sanhua is a real F2P partner. Most of the rotation happens in the air.

Carlotta set the 2.0 bar and still plays easy. Lynae + Mornye, plus S6 Buling as a budget third, keep her on the board. Damage sits below the 3.x line, and she still waits on a dedicated coordinated-attack or Skill-damage buffer. Old Zhezhi cores miss the current standard.
Zani needs Phoebe and a quick-swap habit to stay near modern DPS. Solo Zani plays like a 1.x unit.
Cartethyia introduced Aero Erosion and limited HP scaling. Rejuvenating Glow, Moonlit Clouds, and ATK buffers do nothing for her, so she wants Ciaccona and her signature. Release damage carried Rinascita. Newer kits hit harder without those locks. She still beats Carlotta as a pull.
