[The number of Steam refunds in a single day during the winter promotion is nearly 500,000] Steam is currently the largest game platform on the PC side, with tens of thousands of orders transacted every day, especially during the promotion period. And due to its 2-hour refund mechanism, there are many players who refund the game after trying it out every day. Steam data shows that during the winter promotion period, the number of refunds on the platform was nearly 500,000 per day. For example, on December 27, there were 542,388 customer service requests, 91% of which were refund requests for games, which means that there are approximately 494,495 refunds were made, which is still the smallest day among them. Due to such a large number of applications, many players also reported that the system's refund time during the promotion period was also longer than usual. Therefore, if your refund during the promotion period has not yet arrived, you may wish to wait patiently.
