Step 1: Choose the right MLBB region before you buy
MLBB diamond packs are region-locked. Each region has its own diamond catalogue and prices, and a pack bought for one region cannot be credited to an account registered in another. Pick the tab that matches the country of your account, not the country you are in right now.

Pack names show the bonus separately: 250+25 Diamonds means 250 diamonds plus 25 bonus diamonds, 275 in total. The question-mark icon next to each pack lists the countries it is valid for.
How to top up MLBB diamonds
- Choose your region tab and select a diamond pack, Weekly Diamond Pass or Twilight Pass.
- Enter your User ID and Zone ID in the two fields. Double-check both numbers.
- Pay with a local or global payment method.
- Receive your diamonds. Delivery is automatic and usually completes within minutes. Restart the game if your balance does not refresh.
Where to find your MLBB User ID and Zone ID
- Open Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
- Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the main screen to open your profile.
- Under your nickname you will see something like 12345678 (1234). The first number is your User ID; the number in brackets is your Zone ID.
- Enter only the digits: User ID in the first field, Zone ID in the second, without brackets or spaces.
The Zone ID is your game server number, not your top-up region. You still need to choose the region tab that matches your account country.
Weekly Diamond Pass and Twilight Pass
- Weekly Diamond Pass: available in every region tab except Russia, Turkey and Brazil. Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam also offer bundles of 2 to 5 passes (x2 – x5).
- Twilight Pass: available in the Global, Malaysia and Indonesia tabs.
Passes are delivered to your User ID and Zone ID the same way as diamonds and follow the same region rules. Pass contents are set by the game and can change between seasons.

Which region should I choose?
Choose the country your MLBB account is registered in: Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Russia, Turkey, Brazil or Vietnam each have their own tab. Use Global only if your country has no tab of its own.
What happens if I choose the wrong region?
The top-up cannot be credited to an account registered in another region, and diamonds cannot be moved between regions. Check the region before paying. If you made a mistake, contact support right away with your order number.
What is the Zone ID?
It is the number in brackets next to your User ID in your profile, for example (1234). Both numbers are required for delivery.
Do you need my password?
No. We only need your User ID and Zone ID. Never share your password or Moonton account login with anyone.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is automatic and usually takes a few minutes. During busy periods or game maintenance it can take longer.
Can I top up a friend's account?
Yes. Enter your friend's User ID and Zone ID and choose the region their account is registered in.
Why do packs differ between regions?
Each region has its own official pack sizes and bonus amounts, so the same price can bring a different number of diamonds. You can only buy the packs of your own region.
Can I buy several packs at once?
Each order delivers one pack. For more diamonds, choose a larger pack or place another order.
