Season 13 (Mystic Fog / Liminal Space, live since 16 July 2026) added an MP5 adaptive stock, extra Quick Equip filters, and two season-locked guns that vanish at wipe. Those totals are weapon plus attachments. Armor, bag, meds, and ammo sit on top. A full walking kit often lands 125,000–180,000 Koen. A 225,000 Koen “budget” figure from older pages already includes better plates and T4 ammo. Save that kit for later weeks.
Keep the gun and its parts under 100,000 Koen until your stash can eat three deaths in a row. Spend 60–70% of each raid budget on ammunition. Level 3 penetration is the floor for body shots. Fancy stocks do not save a magazine of T2.
Season 13 patch notes and map modes live on the official Arena Breakout site. Fogbound Companions and the Valley double-drop window closed on 6 August 2026. The 3rd Anniversary login track still runs through the season. Bandit T951 exchange stays up through 17 September 2026. Hardcore Farm (no soundprints, no crosshair, manual reloads) is a permanent S13 mode.

How you fund the first week
Sell the starter golden chain. Recent guides still price that sale near 80,000 Koen. That stack buys a BM59 kit and a few boxes of ammo.
Clear Joel Garrison first. Season 13 moved remaining mission links onto Joel and added an Ability tab on his mission list. His early elimination tasks (five hostiles, extract with a chest rig in AI / Covert raids) unlock Evita. Buy medical supplies from Evita before you shop Market.
Contacts still beat impulse Market buys on common parts. Open both tabs. Season 13 also added a Dispatch Contact jump and shows owned items plus total price on the Contact quick-purchase screen.
Season firearms (M1887 shotgun, SPC9A 9x19 SMG) and other season supplies cannot list on Market. They wipe when the season ends. Do not sink Koen into those as stash investments.
Essential attachments for beginners
Buy parts that move between guns. Leave cosmetics and one-off high-magnification glass on the shelf.
Optics
The EKP-8-18 Reflex Sight is still the beginner optic. It mounts on MP5, BM59, AK-102, SKS, and Vector once the rail exists. Older Market writeups quote ~10,000–11,000 Koen. A live shop grid from the previous version of this page listed the same sight at 2,236 Koen. Vendor price and Market price are different numbers. Open Contacts, then Market, then buy the cheaper listing.
Mosin work is the exception. Use the dedicated 3.5x rifle scope plus sight mount for a cheap long gun, or spend 38,000–40,000 Koen on the 2x/7x stack when you hold 200 m sightlines.
Muzzle devices
MP5SD Suppressor (~8,000 Koen on older Market snapshots) hides the shot for CQB. On BM59, the AR-10 muzzle flash suppressor (~6,500 Koen) hides flash without paying a full suppressor tax.
Grips and stocks
AK builds still use the CAA polymer front handguard (~6,000) and SAW Tactical AK rear grip (~6,500). Community targets have not moved: 70+ recoil control and 50+ ergonomics. Season 13 added a conventional MP5 adaptive stock. Check that part before you pay Market rates for the older fixed stock.
Magazines and ammo
Capacity keeps you in the fight. MP5 50-round drums and the SKS exclusive 20-round clip double the default tube. Carry 210–240 rounds on assault rifles. Marksman kits run about 40 in the gun and 60 spare.
9x19mm Dum-Dum is Level 0 penetration with high flesh damage (guides still cite 77). Unarmored legs sit near 65 health. One or two hits black the limb and bypass chest plates, so the armor you loot stays sellable. Against players who plate the legs, switch to AP6.3 or leave the lobby.

Stash rules that still pay:
Break a built gun into parts. A whole rifle can eat 6 slots; the pile often fits in 3.
Fold empty bags.

Prefer one EKP and one rail set over five complete rifles.

Sell the chain if you still have it. Count liquid Koen.
Finish Joel tasks until Evita is open. Buy TMK and painkillers there.
Pick one platform from the table. Open Gunsmith. Equip owned parts first.

Buy Level 3+ ammo (or Dum-Dum for the MP5) until ammo is 60–70% of the raid spend.

Attachment totals that beat the base gun are common. That is the shop design. Stay under the 100,000 Koen gun cap anyway.
Insure the EKP and other rails that move across platforms. Skip insurance on consumables.
Elite Scavs in red-marked rooms pay. Standard Scavs often do not cover the risk.
Do not convert Bonds into Koen unless the stash is empty and you need ammo tonight. Bonds buy cases and grids that survive the raid. Koen dies with you.
